Katrin was born in Hamburg where she lives with her husband, teenagers, and a poodle. In her free time, she loves to build and co-organize international communities and un-conferences like Crea Germany e.V. or play4agile, a major global event for playful approaches in Agile. Katrin can artfully steer any discussion to her favorite topic, ambiguity, and how it can be a negative stressor and a stimulus for growth.
